Brett Duch Architect is a small design company which promises its clients personal direct services from Mr. Duch. Mr. Duch works on all phases of the projects, he is the project architect, project manager and project designer. He prepared construction documents and handles all construction adminstration. Because he is responsible for all phases of each project the clients deadlines are of foremost importance. He schedules all projects to insure that the work is completed when promised.  There is only one contact point to ask any questions about any phase of the project.

Mr. Duch has specialized in the design of retirement facilities for over twenty years.  These projects have included independent living and assisted living facilities as well as acute care and alzhiemers facilities.  These projects have ranged from fifteen unit facilities to one-hundred and twenty unit independent living apartment buildings and have included twenty acre retirement villages with wellness centers, hotel conference facilities, shops, restaurants and natatoriums.

Other multi family projects have extensively included apartments, motels, and townhomes.  Mr Duch also designs custom homes.
